Cop said: "look in my garden'

In the dutch news lately, there was a lot of commotion about a dutch girl that went missing,. Half holland followed the news, just to know what was going on. I dont think they ever put up webcams or anything but the story goes like this:

day 1:
Girl went missing
day 2:
Girl still missing.. could she be dead? kidnapped? Holland starts to follow
day3 (or so):
Cops enter the neighbourhood and put up racks. The girl's house, and that of a cop two houses next to hers are closely examined. Holland's sure the girl is dead. Could her neighbour the cop have done it?
Last day:
Yup, girl is found, pretty dead too. The cop appearantly handed himself in, after his wife who was also a cop persuaded him to, with the note "she's in my garden". Holland is striken in terror.

Now I agree people murdering eachother is pretty bad, could never agree with that. But then people come up with things like "He was a cop. You'd think that is security", so now seriously, cops are different from other people? Cops arent allowed to murder others in their free time, while someone trialed for pedofilism or so is? Those comments really make me go like "oh =.= wtf, world??"
No yay for the cop, but surely we could be a smarter than this? What do you think?

I dunno how ofter things like this happen in Holland, but here in Romania the evening news are full of stuff like murders, rapes, accidents just for the sake of rating.. But i still feel sorry:(. And I agree, just because you are a cop does not mean that u are allowed to shoot people + she was a kid:(

I dont think he shot her.. He knocked on her door and kidnapped her, then murdered her and buried her in his garden.. We dont have murders happening that often actually >.<
The point was, people saying that he couldnt have murdered her, just cuz he was a cop.. not that he's allowed to cuz he's a cop.. you're sorta missing my point ^^:;
I feel stupid for people saying "oh no, he's a cop. It's impossible!! He's supposed to keep us safe!"

Keep us safe... LOL. Anyways, we had a person disappearing like that in Romania a while ago, and her husband, A COP was the prime suspect...i think he was arrested... i don't know, what's up with Elodia?

Fix:

Day 1: The girl went missing.

Day 2: The girl is still missing. Could she be dead, or even kidnapped? Holland begins to follow up on the incident.

Day 3: The Police/Cops enter the neighbourhood and place some racks. The girl's house and a cop's house nearby are closely examined. Holland's predicted that the girl was dead. Had the Officer Neighbour done it?

Day 4 (Last.): Finally, the girl was found dead. The Officer had handed himself in, alongside his wife which apparently persuaded him.
